OPA Pin Arbor Chuck
OPA chuck securely draws the workpiece into the stopper and accurately clamps it without horizontal deviations.
OPA chuck offers as high as 0.01 TIR of chucking repeatability and a long operating life.
OPA chuck is best suited for secondary machining that requires high accuracy.
OPA chuck ensures excellent durability without allowing the entry of chips.
OPA chuck provides high levels of adaptability to high speed operations.
PA Pin Arbor Chuck
PA chuck supports the back of the pin for high chucking rigidity. In addition, the workpiece is securely adhered to the stopper for accurate clamping without horizontal deviation.
PA chuck offers as high as 0.01 TIR of chucking repeatability.
PA chuck is best suited for auto-loaders and robnot operation because of the large unclamping motion.
PA chuck enhances the cutting force with powerful I.D. clamping.
Easy lever operations/Suitable for machining
The fixture is a manual collet chuck with a lever-type clamping device built into the drawbar-type arbor. A simple lever operation provides a strong clamping force on the arbor and can be used in machining centers, milling machines, drilling machines, and other machines for machining various workpieces based on internal diameter standards. Since auxiliary equipment and peripheral devices are not required, equipment and running costs are lower, making the machine more economical.
The drawbar type can be used simply by replacing the connector at the rear of the main body with the one for fixtures.

UBL Compensating
The compensating type is designed to allow the jaws to clamp a workpiece at equal forces along the workpiece perimeter with respect to both center/boss holes.
2 jaw or 3 jaw structure is available. All parts except the actuator are the same with those of the Centralizing type. The compensating-type UBL Chuck offers a wide range of chucking, depending on boss and center holes.
Also, this type features excellent cost efficiency and great adaptability to complex shape cutting and high load machining, as will as high levels of accuracy and maintainability.
In addition, special jaws, fixed center, datum pin, dynamic balance adjustment, combination design, etc. can be employed according to individual customer requirements in terms of machining accuracy, cutting conditions, and portion of clamping shape.
UBL Centralizing
This is a general type chuck with the chucking portion centered, and with the stopper face aligned to edge face. This type of chuck securely clamps even raw material cast/forged parts with draft (up to 20°) to ensure consistent dimensional accuracy in the axial direction even during heavy-duty cutting.
Two-jaw or three-jaw structure is available. The chuck can be easily changed for either OD (outer diameter) or ID (inner diameter) chucking.
Jaws, stoppers and other upper parts are designed according to customer’s individual needs. Also, a wide variety of jaws are selectable for various kinds of workpieces.
The carbide-insert jaw and special-shape jaw are effective for machining difficult-to-cut materials. The high-tensile aluminum jaw is suitable for high-speed machining. The Master/Jawpiece type and Quick Jaw Change System(Q.J.C.) are useful for Many kind of workpiece/small lot parts machining.
